30-day money-back guarantee

We want BudgetNewb to work for you. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked and no special conditions to meet.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. You can request a refund in either of these ways:

• Visit paddle.net, where you can look up your order using the email address you used at checkout and submit a refund request yourself.
• Email us at budgetnewb@gmail.com with the email address on your order, and we'll take care of the request for you.

Once approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take a few business days for the funds to appear.

Refunds after 30 days

Refund requests made after the first 30 days are considered case by case. If we don't issue a refund, your subscription simply remains active until the end of the period you already paid for.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel renewal at any time — through Paddle or by emailing us — and you'll keep full access to BudgetNewb until the end of the year you've already paid for. Cancelling stops future renewals; it doesn't by itself request a refund, which is what the 30-day guarantee above is for.
